Due to newly introduced regulations that are surrounding shipping into countries part of the European Union, I have made the difficult decision to pause shipping to these countries at this time. I do apologise for any inconvenience but I will try my best to work toward re-opening EU shipping as soon it's viable!

WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?

If you have placed an order for bookmarks or inserts only, you will not receive a tracking number. To keep postage costs low for you, we use Royal Mail standard services, which does not provide real time tracking. For UK orders, if you do not receive your bookmarks or inserts within 10 working days, please get in touch. For international orders, if you have not received it within 28 working days, please get in touch.

PLEASE BE AWARE WHEN ORDERING MULTIPLE ITEMS

If you are placing an order with a variety of items PLUS a made to order item, your package will be shipped once your made to order product(s) has arrived to us. For example, if you order a bookmark, kindle case and a made to order sweater, you will need to wait for the sweater to complete being processed, then your items will be packaged and sent together. 

If you are ordering an item that is readily available, these are usually processed and shipped out within 1-2 working days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges for made to order products unless under special circumstances. Please check that the size and colour is correct at the time of purchase to avoid disappointment.  

Returns or exchanges on other products are accepted, however, the buyer (you) will be responsible for any shipping costs to return the item(s). Please note, you will have 10 working days from date of delivery to post your return.

PROCESSING TIMELINE 

It can take up to 3 weeks for a made to order product to be completed and shipped to us from our manufacturer. Once we have received the product and ensured that it has met our standards it will then be shipped to you.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

Please note, this may be after the 3 weeks already stated above but we will endeavour to ship your items to you as soon as possible. Once it is shipped, you will be provided with your tracking information.
